Happy Independence Day!

Happy 4th of July! The base had lots of festivities including bouncy castles, food booths, a band, static displays of the aircraft (little man had soooooo much fun "flying" daddy's airplane) and of course fireworks! Ben was a little scared at first, but once he was in a comfortable position... bear hugging mommy, he enjoyed the show. Ever since it ended he's repeated the phrase, "Fireworks, way up there, LOUD" about 50 times ! We expect to hear it at least 50 more as he loves to talk about those experiences that are the most significant to him for a long time.
