The Big Boy Makes Two Big Moves

We had a two big events occur last week... Benjamin went poopy on the potty, yea!!!! And, he took his first nap in his big boy bed!!!! Thankfully, we're much too laid back and realistic to assume that this means that potty training or big bed sleeping is at all solidified, but it's a great start to two big boy moves! The first was a little traumatic though, as he is pretty certain that poopy only goes in a diaper. He kept saying, "ut oh, get my diaper"! So, we've had to talk about it more and more, reasuring him that it's the most perfect place for poopy to go! For those of you that haven't potty trained a child... or at least haven't in a while... I'm sure my flagrant use of the word alone is somewhat horrifying, as is the fact that I'm even announcing it at all! But this is big stuff people! And it's my life right now :) So love me, love my poopy talk, haha!
