Benjamin's class started the party by singing a few Fall-inspired songs for us and reciting a few nursery rhymes.
He gave me a quick wave and smile but was very serious about his performance. He kept his eye on his teacher and sang every word while carefully doing every matching motion.
Craft time! I got these from the Oriental Trading Company. Fun sticky surfaces and lots of tissue paper for crumpling and decorating the "leaves". They were a big hit.
Prayer time before snack, too cute!
What a treat, their plates were filled today with crackers, fruit, cheese and cookies!
It was a fun day and a treat for the kids and parents combined. I loved seeing him perform and watch him in action while he went about his routine. I enjoyed meeting a lot of his friends (that I've heard numerous stories about :)) and their parents. And of course I got a cute video too, maybe I'll post that later!
love,
The Room Mom
