The Campbells are the best! Such a great family and so dear to us. Marc and Scott have been friends since high school and we've been blessed to have been stationed near each other a couple times. We drove down to TX to visit them one last time before we leave for our next assignment and made sure to NOT say goodbye, but rather "see you again soon"! This is one of those families you go out of your way to visit and vacation with... one where the wives and children get along as well as the husbands without any extra effort. Heather would have most definitely been one of my closest friends even if I met her without the Scott influence. This is my favorite part of the Air Force. Whenever I get a little homesick for my hometown where I grew up and all the relationships there that I've missed out on a little since high school (as I can see on facebook :)) I am reminded of all the dear ones I have now because I left home.

Love those pics!!! I haven't checked your blog in a while! I'm glad that you guys are doing well - and being well taken care of in NC! Please thank Marc again for driving Scott home from the airport - I hope he didn't feel rushed to leave you!! And I love that you have such fabulous friends that went with you to the Great Wolf Lodge. YOU are a good friend! We love you!
