Our Playgroup Makes Valentines

The kiddos had so much fun using their artistic streaks to design Valentines Day cards. Ben is going to send his to his great grandmother Nan Nan. They got to use markers and stamps and glue down bows, hearts and flowers. They all loved it! Thanks Miss Julie for the great idea and for putting it all together.

Ben (the Fireman of course) and Isaac start with markers...
Sydney's turn, she was really into coloring... it was the only thing that pulled her away from the fish!
What a pretty card Annabell...

Ella uses some stamps, her favorite...

Brenna was eccstatic to get a turn, and as president of the second child society I was right there with a camera to get one of her first art experiences on film!
Mommy Jill getting a little braver and letting Brenna do it almost by herself...

That was until she started to try to taste the marker :) A quick cleanup...

And we're back in business. And I just have to mention that just by seeing me with a camera she flashed the biggest smile and said (in her precious deep huskey voice) "chueeezzze". Hmmmm, think she has her picture taken often!?!

And then there was Jacob... "Hey guys... when do you think I might get a turn?"

And Olivia was too busy gently carrying around a small little people sheep in a grocery basket and trying to take her pants off so she could cover her legs in stickers! Toddlers are so much fun!

Back to playtime... Ben was so excited that Annabell would be the princess while he was the prince! He took her on a ride on his daring steed :)
