The Kangaroo Story

Benjamin's been telling me stories for a couple months now. Sometimes he likes to "read" books to me and sometimes he just makes them up out of the blue. As was the case last night at dinner. I wanted to make sure to get one down on paper while it was still fresh in my mind :) Here goes...

"Mom, there was a little kangaroo right here in my milk earlier.
He was sticking his hands in my cup like this...
He took our big pool outside and and put it in my cup and now it's little in there.
And I said no kangaroo like this, 'no no kangaroo'.
That's ssoooo sillyeeee!
Can we swim in there?"

Hmmm... curious! I do give it a star though, for originality and the ability to entertain. And he is right, that would be pretty silly!
