The Rodeo - Altus 2008

Yeeeeeeeee Haaaaaaaaaw! As current Altusians, we try to blend into the culture here. Check out my cowboys at this year's rodeo.

He was extra excited to be the first in line and able to pick his favorite pony. He named him Lucas (which is what he names everything right now :) we have a fish named Lucas, a stuffed cow, a toy fireman and now a pony!).
This is his I'm really excited smile!
Watching the calf roping, racing and heifer dressing... which is just about the funniest thing I've ever seen here in Altus. It's where a team of 4 grown men try to wrestle a heifer into a pair of underwear... and the fastest group to get the panties on their cow wins! Ridiculous!!! This year the winners were from vehicle maintenance on base, too funny! They must all be very proud :)
