Making Reading Fun

We start out with our Bible reading for the week... this week it was about Rebekah who cheerfully gave Abraham's servant and all his camels water from the well (Genesis 24:15-20). Then we talked about being cheerful and kind.Followed by some hands on fun... learning to poor water from our makeshift well into makeshift bowels for imaginary camels.
It took just a few tries to figure out how to fill up the small bowls without making them overflow.
Then it was on to our picture book pick of the week, Chicka Chicka Boom Boom!

Followed by our first activity, play dough letter puzzles.
And then working on Ben's name.

The perfect compliment to preschool!
