What a joy, what a love, what a celebration!
Our baby is a year old today!!!
What a most wonderful year it has been!
We are so very blessed and so very very excited to see what year number 2 has in store for us!
A great 12 month update is soon to follow...
but in the mean time here are a few pictures of our perfect "all about Liam" day.
A fun birthday outing is scheduled for Wednesday and the party is this weekend!
We absolutely adore this little guy, he is the most perfect addition to our team!

Liam's big present was a big hit, with all of us... as playtime is always more fun together! He is full throttle in the opening and closing stage so the door on this barn is great! And to make it even better, there is applause every time you do it. What baby doesn't love applause!?! He stops and claps along with a huge grin on his face.
The tease... right before he closes it on me again!
"Ha ha! Didn't see that one coming, for the 9th time in a row, did you mom!?!"
Another genius inclusion, a put things in and take them back out station complete with a bocking chicken.
Enough of the teasing, now I'm really coming to get you!
We're going to have lots of fun with this.
Our little family party included a cake made with German icing (kind of different but still good - imagine magic shell like you put on ice cream in the states). Liam wasn't sure of this whole cake thing. Benjamin cut it for us :)
His eyes LIT UP with excitement... but he wasn't as excited to eat it as he was to play with it.
He tossed those crumbs up in the air in celebration!

So the cake wasn't his favorite,
but he did enjoy a little vanilla ice cream... just the slightest amount on a spoon he was so excited to put in his mouth all by himself.
And leave there while he shook his head back and forth like a crazy man... ah one, it's going to be a blast, I can already tell!

Happy Birthday Liam!!! You are such a big boy now! Your new toy looks like so much fun!! And Paris looking sooooo fun! You have such wonderful parents to take you all these great places!
